The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kudhani P.S. Case No. 56/2020 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 304 (B), 201, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
Informant claims that all the in-laws together have killed her daughter due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the husband of the deceased is behind the bar. The petitioner is the cousin of the husband of the deceased and he is in custody since 18.09.2021. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner.

No.6326 of 2022(2) dt.13-06-2022 2/2 There are general and omnibus allegations based on suspicion as the informant is not even an eye-witness and he claimed to have learnt from some persons regarding his daughter being done to death and it is submitted that one co-accused namely, Nandu Rai who is the father-in-law of the deceased has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 37877 of 2020 order dated 05.02.2021 by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court.
Learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 18.09.2021, is a person with clean antecedent and chargesheet has been submitted in the case and there is no specific allegation against the petitioner, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-1st, West Muzaffarpur in connection with Kudhani P.S.
