The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 116 of 2017 arising out of Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 327 of 2016, dated 09.09.2016, instituted for the offences under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
