The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 136 of the Electricity Act. Neyaz Dewan is said to have disclosed the name of the petitioner and in pursuance thereof, 10 Kg. copper electric wire is said to have been recovered from the joint house of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 28.01.2015. It is submitted that Neyaz Dewan has already been enlarged on bail after remaining in custody for five months.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the North Bihar Power Holding Company Limited submitted that the petitioner has got criminal antecedents and all the cases are

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40016 of 2015 (2) dt.08-09-2015 2/2 registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the fact that the petitioner has already remained in jail for about eight months, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Bagaha, West Champaran in Chautarwa P.S.
