The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 830 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is impersonating another candidate while appearing in the examination being held for selection of Executive Assistants in the State Government services.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is submitted that the petitioner has a clean antecedent. Lastly, it

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 830 of 2018.
