JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 25-04-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove all the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within two weeks after start of normal functioning of the Court. After some arguments, Mr. Suraj Samdarshi, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application as according to him the chargesheet has already been filed in this case in the year 2014 and the case must have proceeded thereafter.
Learned counsel seeks permission to raise all such issues which are available to the petitioner at the time of
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.538 of 2021(3) dt.25-04-2022 2/2 framing of charge if the matter would be pending for framing of charge at this stage.
Learned counsel for the State has no objection to the same.
The application is, thus, permitted to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
