The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Koilwar (Bhojpur) PS Case No. 721 of 2022 registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

90 litres of country made liquor has been recovered from a motorcycle of which this petitioner is registered owner. It is submitted that no recovery has been made from conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has got no concern with the seized liquor. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Considering the fact that recovery of illicit liquor has been made from the motorcycle of which this petitioner is
