2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Halsi P.S. Case No. 130 of 2024, dated 03-05-2024, instituted for offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
3. One 'Desi katta,' along with a used cartridge loaded therein, and three live cartridges are alleged to have been recovered from beneath the petitioner's bed.
4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that two separate cases have been lodged in relation to the same occurrence. One of the cases, being Halsi P.S. Case No. 132 of 2024, has been registered for offences punishable under
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8660 of 2025(3) dt.14-05-2025 2/2 Sections 341, 323, 307, and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code, as well as Section 27 of the Arms Act. Moreover, the present case has been instituted separately by the police with respect to the alleged recovery of arms. It is submitted that Halsi P.S. Case No. 132 of 2024 is the main case, in which the petitioner has already been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 18.02.2025, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 82399 of 2024. The petitioner is in judicial custody since 27.07.2024 and has one prior criminal antecedent, as stated above. The charge sheet has been submitted in this case.
5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor (APP) for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. 1st class, Lakhisarai, in connection with Halsi P. S. Case No. 130 of 2024.
7. The application stands allowed.
