The petitioner seeks bail in Bikramganj P.S. Case no. 74/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was caught red handed on chase while fleeing away with the cycle of the informant for that the petitioner is in jail since 13.05.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Rohtas, in connection with Bikramganj P.S.
