2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Dalsinghsarai P.S. Case No. 285 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections-313, 406, 420, 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. Allegation against the accused persons is that in the garb of demand of dowry, they started torturing the informant and conspiring each other, the flat purchased in the joint name
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8279 of 2024(2) dt.20-02-2024 2/2 was registered as gift deed in the name of accused Sanjeev Kumar Sahu. It is further alleged the accused persons got miscarriage to the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that they are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. They are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the alleged victim. They have no concern with day-to-day affairs of the couple. They reside separately from husband of the victim.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners named above, in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-Ist Dalsinghsarai, Samastipur in connection with Dalsinghsarai P.S.
