JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-01-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 23.05.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 411, 461, 34 of the I.P.C. It is alleged that stolen Hero Honda motorcycle of the informant was recovered from a place adjacent to the house of the petitioner.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that motorcycle of the informant was parked adjacent to the outer wall of the house of the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Aurai P.S. Case No. 125 of 2012.
