Allegation against the petitioner is that he gave several dagger blows to his father as a result of which his father died then and there. The present case has been lodged by mother of the petitioner. Regard being had to the facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Pothia P.S.
