The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No.306 of 2018 (G.R. No. 932 of 2018) registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the nature of the offence, as the case has been registered against unknown and the same is still pending under investigation and the petitioner is having criminal antecedent, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5582 of 2020(2) dt.28-02-2020 2/2 bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
