Mr. Ram Naresh Ray ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 20-01-2022 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State through video conferencing.

The learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove all the defects pointed out by the office within one month. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 498 of 2020 registered for offence punishable under sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the present petitioner is that by producing forged certificate of B.Ed., he became successful in obtaining employment as Block Teacher.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that

He has also submitted that in the similar cases, other co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by the coordinate Benches of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 4306 of 2017, Cr. Misc. No. 1980 of 2017, Cr. Misc. No.51657 of 2014 and Cr. Misc. No. 4759 of 2015, vide orders dated 13.02.2017, 21.02.2017 and 14.05.2015.

Considering the above mentioned facts and circumstances, specially the other co-accused persons have been granted bail by the coordinate Benches of this Court, the let petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda, Biharsharif in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 498 of 2020, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C. Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time mentioned hereinabove, failing which, the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
