2. With the consent of all the parties, this writ application is being disposed of at this stage itself.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has approached this Court for issuance of writ of mandamus without filing a representation before the Managing Director,

Patna High Court CWJC No.10074 of 2016(8) dt.24-07-2025 2/3 Bihar State Housing Board, Patna (Respondent No. 2). He further submits that he is prepared to file a detailed representation before the Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Board, Patna (Respondent No. 2) for seeking the reliefs as claimed for by him in the present writ application. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that appropriate direction may kindly be issued to the Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Board, Patna (Respondent No. 2) to dispose of his representation on merit after giving an opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned, by passing a reasoned and speaking order, within a fixed time frame.

4. To this prayer being made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsels for the Respondents do not have any objection.

5. Considering the limited nature of prayer being made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Board, Patna (Respondent No. 2) for seeking the same relief which the petitioner has claimed in the present writ application. This representation must be filed by the petitioner within four weeks from today. In case such a representation is

The representation shall be disposed of by the Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Board, Patna (Respondent No. 2) within a period of four months from the date of filing of the representation by the petitioner and the final order that shall be passed should be a reasoned and speaking order.
