JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-07-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1.(1) That by this writ application the petitioner prays for issuance of appropriate Writ /Writs, Order / Orders, Direction Directions particularly for issuance of writ of "CERTIORARI" for quashing the order dated 04.07.2014 resolved under the

Patna High Court CWJC No.15201 of 2014(2) dt.13-07-2023 2/2 Chairmanship of Chairman and Managing Director, Central Bank of India, Chander Mukhi Nariman Point Mumbai through which the appointment of the petitioners on the post of "Safai Karamchari-Sah Adhinasth Karamchari/Adhinasth Karamchari" has been cancelled arbitrarily without assigning any reasons issued under the signature of Respondent No.3 Regional Manger which is contained in Annexure-6 "Series" even though the petitioners are finally selected by the appointing authority. The final result 2013 of the petitioners were published by the Regional Office, Motihari "Central Bank of India" the name of the petitioner's were shown in the list of selected candidates."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that identical issue has been adjudicated by the Hon'ble Apex Court, against the petitioners, hence the petitioners do not wish to press the present writ petition.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
