====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 07-03-2022 Heard Mr. Alok Kumar Alok, learned Advocate for the petitioner and learned A.P.P.

The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Mushahari P.S. Case No. 143 of 2020 dated 20.08.2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 468, 471, 420, 409, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation against the petitioner is of having paid a single beneficiary several times under Janani Bal Suraksha Project of the Government.

The petitioner at the relevant time was posted as Block Accountant in the Primary Health Center, Mushahri. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has been dismissed from service because of the aforesaid charge and

Considering these two statements made on behalf of the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Judge-X cum Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Mushahari P.S. Case No. 143 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Ashutosh Kumar, J) rishi/- U T
