This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Digha P.S. Case No. 740 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a)/37(i),37(b),32(iii),41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

Considering the fact that only 560 ml. liquor is said to have been recovered and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, this bail application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his

Case No. 740 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
