In this case, the petitioner is challenging the appointment of private respondent No.6 as Transporter. 3.

The Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation has issued a tender for the appointment of Transporter. The petitioner and respondent No.6 have submitted their sealed cover tenders, which were opened in their presence. The petitioner was not

Patna High Court CWJC No.10086 of 2016 dt.07-02-2017 2/2 found suitable in the technical bid. The job of Transporter for one year has been granted to respondent No.6 vide letter dated 6.6.2016 (Annexure-5 to this writ application) as he was found fit in technical bid.

Only less than four months is remaining in completing the period of contract. However, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed Objection before the respondent authority, which is still pending for consideration. 5.

In such view of the matter, let the Managing Managing Director, Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation, Patna, examine the objection raised by the petitioner and pass necessary order in accordance with law within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. 6.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ application is disposed of.
