The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 27 of the Arms Act.
The brother of the informant was killed near the house of his sister. The informant suspected that the petitioner had altercation with the brother of the informant and petitioner may have killed him. Except suspicion there appears no tangible material. There is no eye witness of the occurrence. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in Bidupur P.S. Case No. 360 of 2014.
