JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 01-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named in the first information report but his name surfaced in this case in confessional statement of coaccused. Petitioner caries criminal antecedent but in the present case he is in jail custody since 09.07.2014 and except confessional statement of co-accused as well as criminal antecedent, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Katihar in connection with Mansahi P.S.Case No. 31 of 2014.
