Patna High Court CWJC No.7368 of 2018(3) dt.28-05-2019 2/2 consider the case of the petitioners in light of the said judgment and take a decision within specified time frame. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to approach the respondent no.6 by filing a representation, annexing the aforesaid judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court rendered in the case of Mukesh Kumar (supra), within a period of four weeks from today, which shall be disposed of by a reasoned order within a period of eight weeks thereafter by the respondent no.6.
