The victim has returned to her home and her statement u/S 164 of the Cr.p.C. was recorded. The victim stated that it was the petitioner, who took her to Delhi and from there; she was brought to her home by one, Ashraf. The case was originally, registered u/S 363 of the Indian Penal Code which is bailable in nature. Moreover, the petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 28-05-2015.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection
