Patna High Court MJC No.291 of 2019(6) dt.20-03-2024 2/2 amount of Rs 7,00,865/- vide bill no93/19-20.84/20-21 23/19-20 40/18-19 68/18-19 and 69/18-19 through District Treasury, Bhojpur at Ara. The Petitioner has also been paid salary for the period July 2017 to May 2018, before his suspension by bills no- 33/18-19, 39/1819,70/18-19, 02/18-19 and 73/18-19 The Petitioner has also been paid subsistence allowance for the suspension period during departmental proceeding for period 25-05-2018 to 1010-2018."

2. In that view of the matter, this Court is satisfied that the order has been complied.
