(ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus for commanding and directing the respondent authorities concerned to dispose off the representation filed by the petitioner with reasoned and speaking order, but the same is still pending. (iii) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus for commanding and directing the respondent authorities concerned to comply the order dated 16.06.2023 passed by the District Magistrate cum Second Appellate Authority, Siwan."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent no.06, i.e. the Circle Officer, Guthani, District-Siwan for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so

Patna High Court CWJC No.3859 of 2024(2) dt.13-05-2024 3/3 sought, is granted.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
