Heard Mr. Amrendra Narayan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Anant Prasad Singh, S.C.-15 for the State and Mr. Dhanendra Chaubey, learned counsel for the Accountant General, Bihar.

By way of filing the present writ application, the petitioner sought direction to the respondent authorities to grant full pension along with admissible alloweances as well as full amount of gratuity.

Patna High Court CWJC No.11900 of 2017(4) dt.06-07-2020 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been discharged from the criminal case by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Bhabhua, Kaimur.

Learned counsel for the Accountant General submits that he has filed the counter affidavit and stated that the authority slip has sent to Azamgarh (U.P.). Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the authority slip issued by the Accountant General, Bihar regarding the payment of 10% pension and Rs.37,500/- as deducted from gratuity have been released.

In the counter affidavit filed by the Accountant General, the authority slip has been issued in favour of the petitioner and sent to Azamgarh (U.P.).

In the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is disposed of.
