The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that all the accused persons including the petitioners assaulted the informant and other family members.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are students and due to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6907 of 2022(2) dt.03-08-2022 2/2 village politics, the petitioners have been roped in the present case. There is counter version of the occurrence also and petitioners' side also received injuries. There is no injury report on record. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Class, Nawada in connection with Roh P.S. Case No. 199 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
