JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 31-10-2017 Even though the matter has come up today on mention and learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to clerical error the Registration Number of the vehicle has been wrongly mentioned in the order. But on perusal of the pleadings of the petitioner particularly paras 1 and 3 of the writ petition, it is seen that the Registration Number of the vehicle has been mentioned in the order as per the pleadings. In case there is any error, the petitioner should first amend the petition and then seek correction of the order.
