JUSTICE NANI TAGIA ORAL ORDER 03-04-2025 This contempt application has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 28.08.2017, passed in CWJC No. 23078 of 2011 wherein this Court has passed following order:- "...The petitioner is directed to file an appropriate application before the District Appellate Authority, Jamui for redressal of his grievance under Rule 15(2) of the Bihar State School Teachers and
Patna High Court MJC No.299 of 2019(2) dt.03-04-2025 2/3 Employees Disputes Redressal Rules, 2015..."
2. The District Programme Officer, Jamui has filed a show-cause wherein in paragraph Nos. 6-8 it has been stated as under:- "...6. That accordingly the District Appellate Authority, Jamui passed the order on 02.08.2018 directing the Niyojan Unit Gram Panchayat, Jamui passed he order on 02.08.2018 directing the Niyojan Unit Gram Panchayat, Goli, Khaira to consider the case of the petitioner after verifying all the relevant documents related to the Niyojan in accordance with departmental rules.
7. That the Panchayat Secretary, Gram Panchayat, Goli, Jamui had informed that District Appellate Authority, Jamui, Block Development Officer, Khaira and Block Education Officer, Khaira that in the meeting of Niyojan Unit on 08.12.2018 the claim of the petitioner had been rejected on the following ground.
i) The petitioner did not appear in counselling on the scheduled date.
ii) The Educational Certificate of the petitioner is fake and fabricated.
iii) As per Electoral roll 2007 and 2018 the age of petitioner is 52 year and 63 year respectively.

8. That under the fact and circumstances stated above the order of the Hon'ble High Court has been complied by the District Appellate Authority, Jamui and Niyojan Unit, Gram Panchayat, Goli Block, Khaira, Jamui..."
3. A copy of the order dated 02.08.2018, passed by the District Appellate Authority, Jamui has also been annexed as Annexure-A of the show-cause.
4. On perusal of the paragraph 6 & 7 of the showcause filed by the District Programme Officer, Jamui as well as Annexure-A, which is an order dated 02.08.2018, passed by the District Appellate Authority, Jamui, I find that the order dated 28.08.2017 passed in CWJC No. 23078 of 2011 has been duly complied with by the respondents.
5. In that view of the matter this contempt application stands closed and disposed off.
