The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 21.01.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 39054 of 2021 where in place of "to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. VI, Bhojpur, Ara" in the prayer portion of the bail petition as well as in the operative portion of the bail order it has been typed as "to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-VI, Danapur, Patna".

In view of the facts and circumstances, the modification petition is allowed.

Accordingly, the order dated 21 / 01 / 2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 39054 of 2021 is modified to the extent that in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7473 of 2022(2) dt.16-02-2022 2/2 place of "to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-VI, Danapur, Patna" in the operative portion of the bail order, it be read as "to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. -VI, Bhojpur, Ara." (Anil Kumar Sinha, J) praful/- U T
