The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Barun P.S. Case No. 331 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code. As per the FIR, co-accused Mithilesh Singh @ Chhotu kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant. It is submitted that this petitioner has been made accused in this case merely because she is mother of co-accused Mithilesh Singh @ Chhotu. The victim girl in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C has not alleged anything against this petitioner or stated about the involvement of this petitioner in the alleged occurrence. No.6476 of 2022(2) dt.01-08-2022 2/2 named, in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Barun P.S. Case No. 331 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
