The petitioner seeks bail in Buxar (T) P.S. Case No. 76/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Name of the petitioner figured in the case in so-called confessional statement of Chunnu Kr. Singh and Dharmendra Verma recorded before the Police. The petitioner is not put on Test Identification Parade, although he is in jail since 6.05.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
