The petitioner seeks bail in Nawada (Town) P.S. Case No. 606/2011, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 Dowry Prohibition Act.

The wife made allegation against her husband, the petitioner that the petitioner and his second wife brutally assaulted her.

It is submitted that the informant has already married with someone else and thereafter the petitioner solemnized second marriage. The petitioner was granted provisional bail which was rejected subsequently. The petitioner is in jail since 15.06.2015. He has already remained in jail for two and half months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38298 of 2015 (2) dt.28-08-2015 2/2 is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Nawada, in connection with Nawada (T) P.S. Case No. 606/2011.
