1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The Court is taking a consistent view not to extend time of surrender if the accused persons have not surrendered within the time stipulated by the order by which Anticipatory bail was granted. The present application has been filed seeking extension of time as it has been submitted that the petitioner could not surrender within the time stipulated by an order dated 10.05.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 17958 of 2023. Since the petitioner did not surrender within the time stipulated as such the Court is not inclined to entertain the Modification Application.
