The petitioner seeks bail in Hathouri P.S.Case No.13 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The deceased was married with Ram Bachan Sharma about four years ago but the accused persons were demanding motorcycle and they were torturing her daughter. Her daughter was killed and her dead body was disposed of. Petitioner is brother-in-law of the deceased. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of the allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38605 of 2015 (2) dt.28-08-2015 each to the satisfaction of Shri D.Srivastava, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Rosera in connection with Hathouri P.S.Case No.13 of 2015.
