JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 10-05-2016 The matter has been listed at the instance of the counsel for Patna Municipal Corporation. He informs the Court that due to his omission, he could not inform the Court about the correct position with regard to payment of group insurance to the petitioner. The group insurance has already been paid to the petitioner. The only issue left is payment of revision of pension for the year 1997 to 2004.

Counsel also informs that a sum of Rs.5,47,437/- has been credited into the account of the petitioner through RTGS on 28.3.2016, which is part of the payment of gratuity and leave encashment.

In view of the above, the order dated 5.5.2016 is modified in the manner indicated above.
