The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The petitioner was arrested on 23.05.2015 and the I.O. took his confessional statement. Save and except the confession of the petitioner that too before the police, the I.O. did not collect any material. The petitioner was not put on test identification parade even though he is in jail since 23.05.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Arrah in Bihiya P.S. Case No. 23 of 2015.
