The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 457, 380, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was caught red handed while fleeing away with a box taking from the house of the informant. The petitioner is in jail since 23.09.2014 i.e. for about 11 months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rosera, District Samastipur in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No. 294 of 2014.
