The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barahat P.S. Case No.299 of 2025 registered for the offence under sections 25(1-B), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. 3.

It is alleged that from the possession of the petitioner one loaded country made pistol and one live cartridge has been recovered.

The petitioner is in custody since 16.09.2025. He is accused in nine more criminal cases. 5.

Considering the nature of allegation and also the fact that the petitioner is accused in nine more criminal cases, I am not inclined to grant him bail. Accordingly, this bail
