JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY) Date : 23-10-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent no. 5.

It has been informed by learned counsel for the respondent no. 5 that an election has already been held and a new set of office bearer of Bihar Cricket Association has been elected and they have occupied the office so present application has become infructuous. This has not been objected by the counsel for the petitioner but submits that earlier Hon' Mr. Justice J.N. Singh was appointed as an ombudsman of Bihar Cricket Association but surprisingly he has been removed and at present there is no ombudsman.

If that be so the Bihar Cricket Association must take decision for appointment of ombudsman as per By-laws preferably within a period of two months.
