2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Parasbigha P.S. Case No. 286 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 109(1) and 326(G) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. When the deceased protested the highhandedness of the accused persons, who were consuming ganja near the hut of the deceased, then 85 years old deceased was burnt.

4. Materials have come during investigation to connect the petitioners with the crime.

5. The petitioners are in custody since 29.10.2025.

6. Considering the nature of allegation and also the fact that the materials have come to connect the petitioners of burning the 85 years old deceased, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
