Petitioner was, allegedly, caught with stolen laptop but learned counsel for the petitioner submits that productioncum-seizure list reveals that the so-called stolen laptop was produced by wife of the informant and the said laptop was not seized by the police. Moreover, charge sheet has been submitted and the petitioner is in jail custody since 11-05-2015. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Jehanabad G.R. P.S. Case No. 19 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Railway Judicial Magistrate, Gaya. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) A.K.V./- U T
