The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with N.H. Bangara P.S. Case No. 47 of 2021 registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to dirty village politics. Further submission is that the alleged illicit liquor has been recovered from the Maruti 800 car which does not belong to the petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
