JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-04-2019 Though the matter has been listed under the heading 'For Orders on Office Notes' with certain notes of the Registry pointing out the defects in the writ application, ignoring such defects, this writ application is being disposed of after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel representing the State-respondents at this stage itself.
Patna High Court CWJC No.7008 of 2019(2) dt.08-04-2019 2/2 The petitioners have put to challenge an order, dated 30.12.2016, passed by the Circle Officer, Bahadur Ganj, in Mutation Case No. 21 of 2006-07, which, he appears to have passed in the light of this Court's order, dated 18.10.2016, in C.W.J.C. No. 14785 of 2015.
The petitioners have a forum of statutory appeal under the Bihar Land Mutation Act, 2011, which they have not availed.
This application is, accordingly, disposed of with the observation that the petitioners shall be at liberty to question the order dated 30.12.2016 passed by the Circle Officer, Bahadurganj, before an appropriate forum, in accordance with law.
