According to prosecution case itself, the informant came to know about the alleged occurrence from so-called, Manish Kumar who disclosed before the informant that it was coaccused, Bibhuti Pandey who shot fire on the deceased. Moreover, one co-accused, namely Pankaj Pandey having more or less similar allegation has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection
