This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Alouli P.S. Case No. 254 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 47,, 54, 57 of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Considering the small quantity of recovery from possession of the petitioner, this regular bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise, Khagaria, in connection with Alouli P.S. Case No. 254 of 2016.

No.6918 of 2022(2) dt.25-05-2022 2/2 This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his attendance in Alouli Police Station, DistrictKhagaria, on first Sunday of every month during the course of the pendency of the case.
