This application has been filed for grant of regular bail arises out of Janta Bazar P.S. Case No. 89 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. As per prosecution, some unknown person open fired on shop of informant. Petitioner name first came through spy. Then co-accused also in his confession took the name of the petitioner. Petitioner has three criminal antecedent. Considering the allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The petitioner is given liberty to renew his prayer for bail after he will grant bail in other two cases.
