2. The petitioners have filed this writ petition with following reliefs:- "(A) A Mandamus commanding the respondents for measurement of the lands of Khata No. 177, 195, 188, 135 and 120 Plot No. 20, 9 & 10, 40, 63 and 554 respectively situated in village Lalganj in the District of Nalanda.

(B) A Mandamus commanding the respondents to dispose of the representation dated 27.06.23 & 10.12.2024 filed by the petitioners before Anchal Adhikari, Chandi, Nalanda (Respondent No. 3) for

Patna High Court CWJC No.3600 of 2025(2) dt.18-03-2025 2/2 correction of the Rent Receipt which has been issued to Private Respondent no. 4 for larger area than land allotted in Partition Suit No.

13/88.

(C) Any other relief or reliefs for which petitioners may be found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the present case may be given to them."

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this case may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioners for taking appropriate steps before the appropriate authority in accordance with law for correction of the Jamabandi and measurement of the land of petitioners.

4. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

5. In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, this case is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners as prayed for.
