Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 414 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 304/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is a lady and there is general and omnibus allegation of assault against the petitioner. It has also been submitted that the petitioner has been made accused in this case with malafide intention.

Learned APP for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant appear and opposes the prayer for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6715 of 2022(2) dt.05-04-2022 2/2 anticipatory bail.

There are general and omnibus allegations against the petitioner. She is a lady and there is no chance that she will abscond.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 414 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
