The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

The Chowkidar lodged a case and it appears that the petitioner stabbed his maternal uncle.

It is submitted that there is no eye witness of the occurrence. During investigation most of the witnesses have simply stated that they heard about the occurrence that the petitioner stabbed his maternal uncle and the entire case is based on hearsay evidence.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38406 of 2015 (2) dt.26-08-2015 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chapra in connection with Taraiya P.S. Case No. 15 of 2015.
