No. 1 of 2020 has been filed with a copy of the order of this Court dated 18.02.2020 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 612 of 2020 (M/s Kidsco Confesctionery Vs. The State of Bihar and Others).

In the main writ application, the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondent authorities for grant of subsidy under Industrial Policy introduced by the Government of Bihar and the Government of India in 2001. Similar relief was sought by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.3101 of 2019(3) dt.23-06-2020 2/2 petitioner in C.W.J.C. No. 612 of 2020, which has been disposed of with a liberty to file fresh application for grant of subsidy under the said policy before the Director, Industries, Patna, and in case such an application was filed within four weeks from today, the same should be disposed of within three months thereafter.

In I.A. No. 1 of 2020, the petitioner has sought for disposal of the present writ application in terms of the order of this Court dated 18.02.2020 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 612 of 2020.

Considering the facts and circumstances, as noted above, this writ application is disposed of in terms of the order of this Court dated 18.02.2020 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 612 of 2020.
